REFUND POLICY
Please order carefully as there is no refund for merchandise that has been decorated. Refunds for non-merchandise items are available in full before registration closes. Post registration, we will not be able to refund registration or meals.
SHIPPING / MERCHANDISE INFORMATION
Any items to be picked up at the National Specialty will need to be picked up at the registration desk upon check-in. You will be asked to review your purchases and sign off that you have received your items. The majority of the National Specialty merchandise should be shipped directly to your home via a 3rd party fulfillment vendor.
